A stone's throw away from famous Delaware Park, this spacious house sits on a peaceful residential street centrally located between downtown and North Buffalo. It's walking distance to the bustling Elmwood and Allentown areas, Albright-Knox Art Gallary, and Buffalo State, and is an easy drive from Niagara Falls, University of Buffalo, and the Buffalo Airport.

The huge kitchen, spacious living room and three bedrooms, with a super chill owner will make any group feel right at home.

This historic house has all the amenities you need to feel right at home as you visit the Buffalo Niagara region. We'll have 6, that's right 6, beds made for every stay with the option to add another bed for extra large groups.

A perfect setup for my family.

This place is super cute! Located nearly adjacent to Delaware Park, the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, and only like 7 min from Wegman's, it was a perfect setup for my family to share for hanging out during our reunion. We traveled with kids, so the layout having the bedrooms separated well from the living space meant the kids could nap, and we could still enjoy time with family.
